Matthew E. Maggard is a native of Dade City, graduated from Pasco High School and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Florida, where he graduated with honors. Matt graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in December of 2012 and immediately sat for the Bar Exam in February of 2013, which he passed with high marks. In April of 2013, he was officially sworn in as a licensed attorney in the State of Florida. He is currently serving as the City Attorney for the City of Zephyrhills as well as practicing a wide variety of Florida Law for private clients. Mr. Maggard also serves as a Hearing Officer for Pasco County, Florida.
Suzanne M. Colon, a "Jersey Girl" grew up and lived in New Jersey before moving to Florida in 2016. Suzanne has worked in the legal field for more than 15 years, her very first position in a law firm was in High School as a file clerk. Suzanne then went on to obtain her legal secretary certification from Cittone Institute (n/k/a DeVry University) in 1992. After obtaining her certificate she began working for a General Practitioner where she learned many different aspects of the law, but her main focus was Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, and Municipal Court. In 1999 she received her New Jersey Title Insurance License, where she worked in the Title Insurance field for 8 years. Suzanne returned to the legal field over the past several years working in Family Law, Personal Injury, Business and Real Estate.

Heather N. Paoli is a native Floridian that grew up in Ocala, Florida. She moved to the Tampa area in 2011 to continue to pursue her career in in the legal industry. She is a Paralegal with experience in most aspects of Florida law bringing 12 years of legal experience to the firm. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University. Subsequently, she received her Certification in Paralegal Studies from Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida. Heather has served as a legal assistant, billing specialist, and a paralegal at small to large-sized law firms throughout the last 12 years.
